"food production, socio-economic growth and environmental protection", is one of the major challenges for today's society.
In spite of the obvious and great successes achieved by the Green Revolution, society is demanding important changes in environmental agricultural policy. This is intended to create locally-feasible rural development and agriculture where economic, ecological and socio-cultural systems are balanced.
There is an obvious need to link the future of agriculture to new goals in food production; these goals should expand today's vision and consider issues related to social equity, economic viability, political stability and environmental preservation.
Our monitored production takes into consideration cultivation as a whole, that is to say, all the cultural practices carried out in connection to it. In our case, the following matters are taken into account and regulated according to their technical standards:
- Land preparation.
- Land manipulation and weed control.
- Pest and disease control.
- Activity documentation.
